Assam Public
Service Commission (APSC) is the Recruitment Commission of Assam. APSC conducts
various direct Recruitment examination to recruit ACS, APS Officer and various
other State Level Civil servants and as well as non-civil servants employees
too. APSC also has the functionality to advice the government on the principals
to be followed to access the suitability of the officers for promotions. It is also
responsible for conducting all departmental examinations of Assam government.

Age Limit Relaxation for APSC Recruitment 2016
Age limit relaxation will be as per the Gov. Norms.
Following are the age Limits relaxations.
OBC (NCL): 3 years of Age Relaxation (NCL certificate should
be issued in prescribed format not older than 3 years from the date of
Notification issued)
SC/ST: 5 years of age Relaxation
PH: 10 years
PH+OBC: 13 years
PH+ST/SC: 15 years
APSC CEE Examination Fee Details
All OBC and UR male candidates have to pay a rupees of Rs.300 through Original Treasury Received for completion of the registration process. A women
candidates, ST/SC or PH candidates and ex-servicemen may not need to pay Rs. 150 /- to apply for APSC CCE Examination .

Candidate has to apply through offline Process only.
Candidate has to apply in the prescribed format of Application form which can be
downloaded from the www.apsc.nic.in website. The filled application form with All
the required documents and Testimonial should reached to the given address
before last date of Application Received.

APSC CCE Prelims Examination Date
According to the Notification
issued by the APSC.NIC.IN, CCE Examination
will be conducted on following days.
APSC recruitment 2016 for CCE Prelims Exam date : April/May, 2017
Admit card for APSC Recruitment 2016 CCE Exam:
According to APSC Recruitment Notice admit cards for APSC CCE Examination will be issued
tentatively from April Month 2017. Applied Candidates may download the Admit card form the APSC website www.apsc.nic.in or APSC may send the admit card through post to your correspondence address.
Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected through CCE Examination process. The exam is three stage examination. First stage is qualifying exam called Prelims. Prelims is Objective type examination. The mark obtain in prelims will not be added for preparing final merit list. Second stage is Main Examination. Mains examination is Descriptive type Written examination. Third stage is Personal Interview section Section. Total mark obtain in both Main Written Examination and Personal Interview section will be consider for preparing final merit list.
