i.Officer(Library): Graduate With Masters Degree in Library Science with minimum of 60% marks and Having 3 years post Qualification Experience.
Age: Maximum:32 years(as on 22.09.2014)
ii.Officer(Office Language): Masters Degree in Hindi Literature with minimum of 60% marks and should have English as one Subject with  3 years post Qualification Experience.
 Age:32 years.(As On 22.09.2014)
iii.i.Officer(Laboratory):Masters Degree(M.sc) in Chemistry with minimum of 60% marks and should have English as one Subject with  3 years post Qualification Experience.
 Age:32 years.(As on 22.09.2014)

 Pay Scale:Grade E-1 ,Rs.20600-46500/-
