Invites the application for filling of the vacancies of following posts in Technical & Supervisory Grade:

Recruitment Details:
Total Vacancies: 347 posts
1Junior Overman :94 Posts(OBC-13, SC-17, ST-64)
2 Mining Sirdar: 238 posts (OBC-38, SC-63, ST-137)
3 Deputy Surveyor :15( SC-02, ST-13)
Qualifications:
For the post of Junior Overman in T&S Gr C
>Valid Overman‟s certificate of Competency from DGMS under Coal Mines Regulation 1957 or any other certificate in Mining which entitle to work as overman as per Coal Mine Regulation 1957
>Valid Gas Testing Certificate
>Valid First-Aid Certificate
For the post of Deputy Surveyor in T & S Gr 
>Matriculate with Mines Survey Certificate of competency granted by DGMS for working in Coal Mines
 Age Limit: Upper age limit as on 17/09/2014 prescribed as under:-
>35 years for SC&ST candidates
>33 years for OBC candidates (Non Creamy Layer)
>38 years for OBC-NCL and 40 years for SC/ST candidates who were ordinarily
domiciled in the state of Jammu & Kashmir during the period from 01/01/1980 and 31/12/1989 and they should apply through Offline mode only.

Selection Process: The selection methodology will comprise of written test and interview. The candidates short listed in the written test only will be eligible to appear for interview.

Fee details:Candidates belonging to OBC (Non Creamy Layer) category are required to pay a nonrefundable application fee of Rs.100/- only by demand draft from any nationalized Bank in favor of “Central Coalfields Limited” payable at Ranchi. Name of the candidate and post applied for should be written on the back side of the demand draft. SC/ST Candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.

How To Apply: Eligible Candidates  can apply through Online orOffline. However, applicants who are permanent employee working in Government, Semi- Government, Public Sector Undertaking or working in any of the subsidiary company of CoalIndia Limited should apply through offline mode only and their application should be sent through proper channel. Those candidates who are claiming the age relaxation under Jammu & Kashmir domicile should apply through offline mode only.
Online Application :Apply through CCL website www.ccl.gov.in. Online Application will be open from 17/09/2014 till 16/10/2014 (midnight). Candidates are required to have a valid personal email ID.
